Audi E-tron Detroit Concept

E-Tron The original concept was slightly smaller than the Righteous car Audi R8 sports. This version has Detroit steps smaller than the Audi TT. Riding on a wheelbase of 95.7 inches and with a total length of 154.7 inches, the E-Tron Detroit concept is about 10 inches shorter than a TT.
The E-Tron concepts in Detroit:
- Have two electric motors each driving one rear wheel.
- The combined production is 204 hp and a claimed 1955 pounds – ft of torque, which is like 300 to 400 lb-ft of real life.
- It takes Audi LED headlights a bit further by adding an automatic system that adapts to changing weather conditions using a camera-computer;
- Light can also change the shape of the beam for maximum visibility.
- As seen on the A8 in 2011, the lighting system uses the database to enable navigation lights turn when the car anticipates that you will change direction.
- This e-Tron can use a phone as an address database, navigation system and video player. It also has the ability to accept remote commands from a phone, including the adaptation of the sound system or transmitting routes for travel. The car can also talk back to a designated telephone, communication of safety information or the completion of (or need more) pricing attached to a charging station.
Both engines on the show car can operate independently make the most of the agility of available traction during aggressive driving with guidance system.
Features: It also has a brake-by-Wire “and as the first e-tron, a special generator that allows the regeneration of braking energy.
Specifications: – The lithium-ion batteries weigh 880 pounds, located just opposite the rear axle, and weigh a total of 2976 pounds, or about 200 more than similarly sized Tesla Roadster.
- Audi claims a division 40/60 and a weight of 0 to 62 mph, a time of 5.9 seconds. Top speed is limited to 124 mph.
- By comparison, the Tesla is much faster have clocked version of the sport to 60 mph in four seconds flat, while its top speed is 122 mph. The E-Tron Detroit would have a range of 155 miles on a full charge, which takes 11 hours with a current of 230 volts or just two hours if you can find a special 400-volt charging station.
